IQRA PharmaNet — SaaS Platform

1. Overview


IQRA PharmaNet follows a No Refund policy for all paid subscriptions. This is standard practice for SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms in India.


By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this refund policy.




2. Free Trial


  • 10-day free trial — no payment required
  • No refund applicable (nothing charged)
  • Trial data retained 30 days after expiry



  • 3. Monthly Plans — No Refund


    Monthly subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.

    Access continues until end of the paid month.




    4. Yearly Plans — No Refund


    Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

    > Why no refund on yearly?

    > Yearly plan already gives 1 month FREE (pay 11, get 12).

    > This discount is the benefit — no additional refund applicable.




    5. Exceptions — Refund Will Be Given


    Refund is issued only in these specific cases:


    5.1 Duplicate Payment

    If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error:

  • Full refund of the duplicate charge
  • Submit within 7 days with transaction IDs
  • Processing: 5-7 business days

  • 5.2 Service Unavailability

    If IQRA PharmaNet was completely unavailable due to our fault:

    5.3 Charged After Cancellation

    If subscription was charged after you submitted a confirmed cancellation request:

  • Full refund of the incorrect charge
  • Submit within 7 days



  • 6. Plan Cancellation


  • Cancel anytime from Admin Panel → Settings → Subscription
  • Access continues until end of current paid period
  • No partial refund for remaining days/months



  • 7. How to Request Refund (Exception Cases Only)

    Include:

  • Pharmacy name and subdomain
  • Razorpay Payment ID / Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot of issue (if applicable)

  • Response time: 2 business days

    Processing time: 5–7 business days (via original payment method)

    If you disagree with our decision:

  • Re-review within 5 business days
  • Governed by laws of India, jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana

    Medicine order refunds between pharmacy and customer are the pharmacy's responsibility.*
