IQRA PharmaNet — SaaS Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using IQRA PharmaNet ("Service"), you ("Pharmacy" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IQRA PharmaNet is operated by IQRA Clinical AI Systems ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Service Description

IQRA PharmaNet is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

Pharmacy inventory management

Billing and GST invoice generation

Customer ordering portal

Online medicine ordering

WhatsApp notification system

Analytics and reporting

Multi-pharmacy network features

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

Hold a valid Drug License issued by the State Licensing Authority

Be 18 years or older

Have a registered business entity or be a licensed pharmacist

Provide accurate registration information

We reserve the right to verify your Drug License and suspend accounts that cannot be verified.

4. Account Registration

4.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.3 You must notify us immediately at support@iqraclinicalai.com of any unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 One account per pharmacy. Multiple accounts for the same pharmacy are not permitted without prior written approval.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments are due in advance before the billing period begins.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST (18%).

GST Invoice will be provided for all paid subscriptions.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You will receive a renewal reminder 7 days before the renewal date.

5.4 Free Trial

10-day free trial includes all Pro features.

No credit card required for trial.

Trial accounts not converted to paid plans will be deactivated after 30 days.

Data is retained for 30 days post-trial before deletion.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice.

Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Monthly Plans: No refunds for partially used months.

6.2 Yearly Plans: Pro-rated refund within 7 days of annual payment if no substantial use has occurred.

6.3 Service Outage: If Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you are entitled to a pro-rated credit.

6.4 Refund Requests: Email billing@iqraclinicalai.com within 7 days of the charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Sell or dispense medicines without a valid Drug License

Enter false medicine or pricing information

Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform

Use the Service to process transactions for controlled substances without proper licensing

Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the Service

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform ("Your Data").

8.2 We process Your Data as per our Privacy Policy.

8.3 We do not sell Your Data to third parties.

8.4 Patient prescription data is handled with strict confidentiality per applicable Indian law.

8.5 Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 The IQRA PharmaNet platform, software, and branding are owned by IQRA Clinical AI Systems.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your pharmacy operations.

9.3 You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

10. Service Availability

10.1 We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10.2 Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance.

10.3 We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 IQRA Clinical AI Systems' maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

11.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11.3 We are not liable for any loss arising from:

Incorrect medicine dispensing decisions

Regulatory non-compliance by your pharmacy

Data entered incorrectly by your staff

12. Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining a valid Drug License

Compliance with Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940

Compliance with GST regulations

Patient data privacy per applicable law

CDSCO regulations for online pharmacy operations

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 We may suspend your account immediately if:

Your subscription payment fails for more than 7 days

Your Drug License expires

Fraud or abuse is detected

13.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

13.3 Upon termination, your subdomain and data remain accessible for 30 days for export.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 15 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
