IQRA PharmaNet — SaaS Platform Last Updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using IQRA PharmaNet ("Service"), you — whether registering as a pharmacy, a surgical/medical equipment shop, or an Ayurvedic shop (collectively, "Pharmacy" or "User") — agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IQRA PharmaNet is operated by IQRA Clinical AI Systems ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Service Description

IQRA PharmaNet is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

Pharmacy and general-store inventory management
Billing and GST invoice generation
Customer ordering portal
Online medicine and product ordering
WhatsApp notification system
Analytics and reporting
Multi-pharmacy network features

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

Be 18 years or older
Have a registered business entity, or be a licensed pharmacist (for Pharmacy accounts)
Provide accurate registration information

3.1 Licensing requirement by business type, selected at registration:

Pharmacy accounts: must hold a valid Drug License issued by the State Licensing Authority to dispense Rx (prescription) medicines. We reserve the right to verify your Drug License and restrict prescription-medicine features, or suspend accounts, where it cannot be verified.
Surgical / Medical Equipment accounts: a Drug License is not required, since these accounts do not dispense Schedule H/X medicines. You remain responsible for any trade or GST registrations applicable to your business.
Ayurvedic accounts: a Drug License is not required in the same way as allopathic Pharmacy accounts; you remain responsible for any AYUSH or trade registrations applicable to your business.

4. Account Registration

4.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.3 You must notify us immediately at admin@iqraclinicalai.com of any unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 One account per pharmacy/shop. Multiple accounts for the same business are not permitted without prior written approval.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

Search Plan includes: Search visibility on the pharmacy network, stock requests, online orders, WhatsApp notifications, and customer portal access. (Owner login only — no additional staff accounts.) Starter includes: Everything in Search Plan, plus billing, inventory management, basic reports, purchase orders, and 1 additional staff login. Pro includes: Everything in Starter, plus advanced reports, home delivery, automated backup, and up to 4 staff logins.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments are due in advance before the billing period begins.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST (18%). GST applies to both Monthly and Yearly plans.
GST Invoice will be provided for all paid subscriptions.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.4 Free Trial

30-day free trial includes all Pro features.
No credit card required for trial.
A 7-day grace period follows trial expiry — your account remains active but limited during this window.
Trial accounts not converted to a paid plan will be deactivated after the grace period ends, unless extended at IQRA Clinical AI Systems' sole discretion.
Data is retained for 30 days post-trial before deletion.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice.
Existing subscribers will be notified via email.
Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for paid subscriptions are governed entirely by our separate Refund Policy document. In case of any conflict between this section and the Refund Policy document, the Refund Policy document prevails.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Sell or dispense Schedule H/X (prescription) medicines without a valid Drug License and registered pharmacist
Enter false medicine or pricing information
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
Use the Service to process transactions for controlled substances without proper licensing
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the Service

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform ("Your Data").

8.2 We process Your Data as per our Privacy Policy.

8.3 We do not sell Your Data to third parties.

8.4 Patient prescription data is handled with strict confidentiality per applicable Indian law.

8.5 Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 The IQRA PharmaNet platform, software, and branding are owned by IQRA Clinical AI Systems.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.

9.3 You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

10. Service Availability

10.1 We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10.2 Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance.

10.3 We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 IQRA Clinical AI Systems' maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

11.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11.3 We are not liable for any loss arising from:

Incorrect medicine or product dispensing decisions
Regulatory non-compliance by your business
Data entered incorrectly by your staff

12. Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining a valid Drug License, where applicable to your business type (Pharmacy accounts)
Compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, where applicable
Compliance with GST regulations
Patient data privacy per applicable law
CDSCO regulations for online pharmacy operations, where applicable

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 We may suspend your account immediately if:

Your subscription payment fails for more than 7 days
Your Drug License expires (Pharmacy accounts only) and is not renewed within a reasonable notice period
Fraud or abuse is detected

13.2 You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by emailing admin@iqraclinicalai.com. Self-service cancellation from your account settings is planned for a future update.

13.3 Upon termination, your subdomain and data remain accessible for 30 days for export.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 15 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
